These terms govern access to the Lesia Fain website and limited pilot software. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Pilot service

The service is an early-stage AI-assisted operator for appointment-led businesses. Features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. Pilot access may be limited, suspended, or discontinued.

Permitted use

You may use the service only for lawful business communications and with accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You must follow applicable platform rules, privacy laws, consent requirements, and professional obligations.

Human oversight

Automated output may be incomplete or incorrect. Businesses remain responsible for reviewing sensitive communications and for decisions involving health, safety, eligibility, pricing, appointments, advertising, or other material commitments.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for unsolicited outreach, deception, harassment, illegal discrimination, credential collection, unauthorized account access, emergency services, or unreviewed medical or legal advice.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for protecting credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not share social-platform passwords with the service; supported accounts must be connected through authorized platform flows.

Availability and warranties

The pilot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business results, or that automated output will always be accurate.
