Data deletion

You can request deletion of personal information received through the Lesia Fain website or a business messaging channel connected to the software.

How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@lesiafain.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Identify the business and social account used for the conversation.
3. Include enough information to locate the record, but do not send passwords, payment-card details, or government identification.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request and may ask for limited verification to prevent someone else from deleting your information. After verification, we will delete or de-identify information that is not required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Timing

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If more time is reasonably required, we will explain why.

Meta platform data

This process covers information controlled through the Lesia Fain software. A connected business may separately control its own client records. To remove information held independently by Instagram or Meta, use the privacy and account controls provided by those services.
